When you submit an enquiry form on our website, we collect:

- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The nature of your enquiry (service type selected)

We share data only where necessary:
- Web3Forms — our form submission processor. Enquiry data is transmitted via their API and delivered to our inbox. Web3Forms processes data in accordance with GDPR.
- Google LLC — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads for website analytics and advertising measurement, subject to your cookie consent.
- UK Home Office / UKVI — where you engage us for immigration services, we submit data on your behalf as required by the application process.
- Professional advisers — accountants, legal advisers and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.
5. International transfers
Google LLC is based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions). Web3Forms operates servers within the EU.
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry data (no engagement): deleted within 12 months of last contact.
- Client data: retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement, in line with UK legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analytics data: retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default).

8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
