ACG Immigration will provide the immigration advisory services agreed at the point of instruction. Services are limited to those specifically confirmed.
Our fee is confirmed in writing before work begins. Government fees (Home Office application fees, Immigration Skills Charge) are separate from our fee and are the responsibility of the client. Payment is required before submission.
Where work has commenced, a charge proportionate to work completed applies. Where no work has commenced, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for the Home Office decision on any application, government processing delays, or outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided to us.
Complaints should be directed in writing to [email protected]. Unresolved complaints may be escalated in accordance with our complaints procedure, details of which are available on request.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
